Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is made from Paddle, and all refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with their Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
14-Day Refund Window
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, your request will be considered in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and the consumer laws that apply where you live.
Because this course is supplied as digital content with immediate access, you expressly consent to receiving the course immediately after purchase. Once you begin accessing, streaming or downloading the course materials, your statutory right to cancel may be lost where permitted by applicable law.
Even where your statutory cancellation right has been waived, refund requests made within the first 14 days may still be considered on a case-by-case basis by Paddle. We are also happy to assist you and work with Paddle where appropriate.
After 14 Days
After 14 days, we do not voluntarily offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, this does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including where the product is defective or not as described.
Requesting a Refund
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at tomas@newzone.audio or contact Paddle using the details included in your purchase receipt.
If a refund is approved, access to the course will be revoked and your licence to use the course materials will end.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
